[Assessment instrument for the evaluation of health care needs of elderly citizens].

It's necessary for registration of care-work to evolve a diagnostic instrument, that ascertains the individual needs. This instrument has to consider physical, physical and social components of capacity. A procedure is introduced, that is intended for the work of social workers and at once its's unitable for the investigation of essential determining factors and their mutual dependency.
