Abstract
Salmonellosis is a disease with a high incidence worldwide, and subsp. serovar Typhimurium is one of the most clinically important serovars. We report here the draft genome sequences of 20 Typhimurium strains isolated from swine in Santa Catarina, Brazil. These draft genomes will improve our understanding of Typhimurium in Brazil.

沙门氏菌病是一种在全球发病率很高的疾病，鼠伤寒沙门氏菌亚种血清型鼠伤寒是临床上最重要的血清型之一。我们在此报告从巴西圣卡塔琳娜州的猪身上分离出的20株鼠伤寒菌株的基因组草图序列。这些基因组草图将增进我们对巴西鼠伤寒沙门氏菌的了解。
