Abstract

Salmonellosis is a disease with a high incidence worldwide, and subsp. serovar Typhimurium is one of the most clinically important serovars. We report here the draft genome sequences of 20 Typhimurium strains isolated from swine in Santa Catarina, Brazil. These draft genomes will improve our understanding of Typhimurium in Brazil.
