Any comparison between intravenous and intracoronary thrombolysis must take into account such elements as the delays imposed by coronary arteriography, the extra cost of the procedure, etc., but ultimately the answer can only be provided by a controlled trial comparing the two approaches. To give truly significant results, this trial should fulfill several requirements concerning the time of randomization to treatments, the procedure to be followed in each group and the criteria of comparison. No such trial is available at present, so that the comparison can only rest on speculations and less demonstrative facts. As it stands, it is not in favour of intracoronary thrombolysis.
任何关于静脉溶栓和冠状动脉内溶栓的比较都必须考虑到诸如冠状动脉造影造成的延误、该操作的额外费用等因素，但最终答案只能由比较这两种方法的对照试验来提供。为了得出真正有意义的结果，该试验应满足关于治疗随机分组时间、每组应遵循的操作程序以及比较标准的若干要求。目前尚无此类试验，因此这种比较只能基于推测和说服力较弱的事实。就目前情况而言，这并不支持冠状动脉内溶栓。
