Abstract

The efficacy of mesenchymal stem cells transplantation on regeneration activity of cirrhotic liver was evaluated in an animal model of cirrhotic liver. Autologous stem cells were obtained from bone marrow. Transplantation was performed 1 week after surgery by introducing stem cells into the liver. Immunohistochemical staining (proliferative activity, myofibroblast activation and sinusoidal capillarization) was evaluated to assess the efficacy of transplantation. It was found that, 2 months after stem cell transplantation, the severity of perisinusoidal fibrosis, inflammation of the liver and the number of myofibroblasts were reduced. 摘要

在肝硬化动物模型中评估了间充质干细胞移植对肝硬化肝脏再生活性的疗效。自体干细胞取自骨髓。术后1周通过将干细胞注入肝脏进行移植。通过免疫组织化学染色(增殖活性、肌成纤维细胞活化和肝血窦毛细血管化)评估移植疗效。结果发现,干细胞移植2个月后,肝血窦周围纤维化的严重程度、肝脏炎症以及肌成纤维细胞数量均有所减少。干细胞移植可能是肝硬化肝脏的新型治疗方式之一。Maksud AR、Gennadiyevich PA、Elkhan JR。间充质干细胞移植对肝硬化肝脏再生活性的影响。《欧亚肝脏胃肠病学杂志》2014年;4(2):83 - 86。
