An original method of laparoscopic microcholecystostomy is proposed based on using a spiral catheter and 3 variants of performing this operation. Causes of complications are analyzed. The method of laparoscopic microcholecystostomy used in 426 patients enabled the authors to reduce the incidence of complications from 11.6% to 3.7%.
