Evaluation of intensity-modulated radiation therapy(IMRT) delivery quality assurance(DQA) using EDOSE software based on accelerator electronic portal imaging device (EPID).
Analysed the dose response uniformity correction of EPID imaging plate in different fields and the gamma pass rates about the fields; And compared the calculated parameters of the EDOSE and the Pinnacle planning station.
The uniformities on the homogeneous region of thefi elds are good after who corrected by EDOSE. The gamma(γ, 3mm/3%) pass rates are in the ideal range. The volume of the organs at risk(OAR) have no statistical signifi cance except the right lung; A part of the parameters have statistical signifi cance.
The results of the calculation and analysis of EDOSE has a high agreement with the planning system.
基于加速器电子射野影像装置(EPID),使用EDOSE软件评估调强放射治疗(IMRT)的剂量输出质量保证(DQA)。
分析不同射野中EPID成像板的剂量响应均匀性校正及射野的伽马通过率;并比较EDOSE与Pinnacle计划工作站的计算参数。
经EDOSE校正后,射野均匀区域的均匀性良好。伽马(γ,3mm/3%)通过率在理想范围内。除右肺外,危及器官(OAR)的体积无统计学意义;部分参数有统计学意义。
EDOSE的计算和分析结果与计划系统高度一致。
