Seven of 13 human malignant endometrial tumors heterotransplanted into nude mice were accepted. The graft acceptance was significantly higher in papillary than in endometroid adenocarcinomas (p less than 0.01), whereas there was no observed relation between transplantability rate and other clinical prognostic factors. Of the carcinosarcomas and endometroid adenocarcinomas only PgR negative tumors were accepted.
