Spinal subdural hematoma presenting as an epidural hematoma following gunshot wound: report of a case.

A man with a gunshot wound to the lumbar spine presented with leg weakness and paresthesias. Although the preoperative myelogram suggested an epidural compressive mass, a subdural hematoma was found at surgery. In addition to the case presentation, the literature was also reviewed.
