A case of spontaneous spinal subdural hematoma is presented. Contrarily to the three cases previously reported, this patient didn't suffer a sudden onset with transient thoracic pain. Important neurological recovery followed surgical evacuation. The physiopathology of this entity and the myelographic findings in spinal subdural masses are briefly discussed.
本文报告一例自发性脊髓硬膜下血肿病例。与之前报道的三例病例不同，该患者没有突发短暂胸痛。手术清除血肿后神经功能有显著恢复。本文简要讨论了该疾病的病理生理以及脊髓硬膜下肿块的脊髓造影表现。
