Abstract

In this article, three variables including laccase dose, 2,2'-Azinobis-(3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonate) (ABTS) dose and pH were used to modeling of Direct Red 81 (DR81) elimination from aqueous solutions by laccase-mediated system. Obtained data indicated that the predicted and experimental values were close for DR81 elimination, and the regression was also able to give a good prediction of response for DR81 elimination (-Squared = 0.9983). From the experimental, the highest elimination of the DR81 was 95. 5% after 30 min incubation at pH 5, temperature 40 °C, ABTS 0.2 mM, and initial concentration of DR81 50 mg L in the presence of 0.2 U mL of the laccase. The data showed that the laccase can be used as a "green" technology for treating of dyes from aqueous solutions. Data analysis was performed using Design-Expert version 7.0.0 (Stat-Ease, trial version).

在本文中,使用漆酶剂量、2,2'-联氮双(3-乙基苯并噻唑啉-6-磺酸)(ABTS)剂量和pH值这三个变量,对漆酶介导体系从水溶液中去除直接红81(DR81)进行建模。所得数据表明,对于DR81的去除,预测值与实验值接近,并且该回归也能够对DR81去除的响应给出良好的预测(决定系数=0.9983)。从实验结果来看,在pH值为5、温度为40°C、ABTS为0.2 mM、DR81初始浓度为每升50毫克且存在0.2单位每毫升漆酶的情况下,孵育30分钟后,DR81的最高去除率为95.5%。数据表明,漆酶可作为一种从水溶液中处理染料的“绿色”技术。使用Design-Expert 7.0.0版本(Stat-Ease,试用版)进行数据分析。
