Abstract
Diffuse dural enhancement of the internal auditory canal in T1-weighted gadolinium-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging could be a helpful and early clinical sign in a very aggressive limited granulomatosis with polyangeitis disease, called previously Wegener Disease .
