Abstract

MicroRNAs (miRNAs) play critical roles in regulating many bio-processes of eukaryotes. The sea urchin (an important fishery resource) is of great economic importance in Japan, North Korea, Russia, and China. In the current study, miRNAs of tube foot in were firstly identified and characterized. Data in this study can provide more genomic information for the further understanding of the complex regulation network in sea urchins and present a new way for monitoring the health status of cultured sea urchins.

摘要

微小RNA(miRNA)在调控真核生物的许多生物过程中发挥着关键作用。海胆(一种重要的渔业资源)在日本、朝鲜、俄罗斯和中国具有重要的经济意义。在本研究中,首次对海胆管足的miRNA进行了鉴定和表征。本研究中的数据可为进一步了解海胆复杂的调控网络提供更多基因组信息,并为监测养殖海胆的健康状况提供新方法。
