To establish a novel approach based on DNA barcode sequence, so as to guarantee the quality stability of Chinese medicinal materials.
Eight species of Paris plants were collected, and a standard DNA barcode library was developed by ITS loci. Furthermore, the barcodes also used to identify the seed and seedling products that purchased from the markets.
ITS loci can stably and accurately distinguish Paris polyphylla var. yunnanensis and its adulterants.
The seeds and seedlings of Chinese medicinal materials need to be properly authenticated before planting,and DNA barcoding has been found to be effective for this purpose.
建立一种基于DNA条形码序列的新方法,以保证中药材质量的稳定性。
采集了8种重楼属植物,通过ITS基因座构建了标准DNA条形码文库。此外,这些条形码还用于鉴定从市场购买的种子和幼苗产品。
ITS基因座能够稳定、准确地区分滇重楼及其混伪品。
中药材种子和幼苗在种植前需要进行适当鉴定,DNA条形码已被证明在此方面是有效的。
