Abstract

To develop a method for Simultaneous and rapid determination of 12 rodenticides including pindone, vacor, coumatetralyl, warfarin, diphacinone, coumachlor, chlorphacinon, difenacoum, brodifacoum, bromadiolone, difethialone and flocoumafen in whole blood and urine samples by high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass (LC-MS-MS) . The whole blood samples were precipitated with acetonitrile, purified by OstroTM 96-well plate, The urine samples were extracted by acetonitrile, and then separated on a ODS column, analyzed with high-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) . The external standard calibration were tested. A good linearity was observed in their respective concentration ranges of 12 rodenticides. The related coefficients were 0.993 00.999 8. The limit of detections were 0.05 μg/L1.4 μg/L. The rates of recovery were 92.5%118.0%. The relative standard deviations were between 0.8%17.3%. The method was simple, rapid, sensitive, accurate and suitable for simultaneous detection of the 12 rodenticides in whole blood and urine samples of intoxicated patients.

建立一种同时快速测定全血和尿液样本中包括杀鼠酮、灭鼠优、杀鼠迷、华法林、敌鼠、氯灭鼠灵、氯鼠酮、二氟鼠酮、溴敌隆、溴鼠灵、杀它仗和氟鼠灵在内的12种灭鼠剂的高效液相色谱-串联质谱(LC-MS-MS)方法。全血样本用乙腈沉淀,通过OstroTM 96孔板纯化;尿液样本用乙腈萃取,然后在ODS柱上分离,采用高效液相色谱-串联质谱法(LC-MS/MS)分析。进行了外标校准。12种灭鼠剂在各自浓度范围内均呈现良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.993 00.999 8。检测限为0.05 μg/L1.4 μg/L。回收率为92.5%118.0%。相对标准偏差在0.8%17.3%之间。该方法简便、快速、灵敏、准确,适用于中毒患者全血和尿液样本中12种灭鼠剂的同时检测。
