Morphological changes in the tissues under the influence of electrotermoadhesion after hordektomy for cancer of the larynx were studied in the experiment. Using electrotermoadhesion not causing necrotic tissue changes and their connection occurred due to the formation of a homogenous substrate, it consisted of denatured protein molecules of collagen and elastin, which are formed under the influence of high—frequency current. When solidification they form a protein bridges are kept connected to the tissue surface and formed delicate scar tissue.
