[Unusual location of a granular cell myoblastoma (Abrikosov tumor)].

A case of an unusual location of a granular cell myoblastoma is reported. This tumour is considered to be of neurogenic origin and has been found in different areas of the head and neck. A profound description of the histologic features is provided as well as a remark on the differential diagnosis and a review of the appropriate literature.
