Abstract
Using methods of mathematical modelling and planning an analysis was made of changes in 5-nucleotidase activity in murine peritoneal macrophages after intraperitoneal administration of immunostimulants of different chemical structure and biological origin. The changes in 5-nucleotidase activity after the administration of immunostimulants were shown to exhibit a similar linear pattern.

运用数学建模和规划方法，对腹腔注射不同化学结构和生物学来源的免疫刺激剂后小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞中5 - 核苷酸酶活性的变化进行了分析。结果表明，免疫刺激剂给药后5 - 核苷酸酶活性的变化呈现出相似的线性模式。
