Abstract
Plasma tryptase elevation during aspirin-induced respiratory reactions occurs in 50% of reactions despite CysLTR antagonist prophylaxis and identifies lung function decline and extra-respiratory symptoms in aspirin-exacerbated respiratory disease (AERD).

尽管使用半胱氨酰白三烯受体拮抗剂进行预防，阿司匹林诱发的呼吸反应期间仍有 50%的患者出现血浆胰蛋白酶升高，且在阿司匹林加重的呼吸系统疾病（AERD）中可识别出肺功能下降和呼吸外症状。
