A crude rice extract caused a higher probing response than did the control in the green rice leafhopper, . Bioassay-guided separation led to the isolation of four active compounds, isoscoparin 2″--glucoside, isoscoparin 2″--(6‴-()-feruloyl)glucoside, isoscoparin 2″--(6‴-()--coumaroyl)glucoside, and isovitexin 2″--(6‴-()-feruloyl)glucoside from ODS 40% methanol in water faction. Each of the compounds, or any combination without one of the four compounds, caused weaker probing responses than the crude rice extract. The activity was recovered only when all the compounds were combined.
一种粗制水稻提取物在绿稻叶蝉中引起的刺探反应比对照更高。生物测定导向的分离从ODS 40%甲醇水溶液部分中分离出四种活性化合物,即异荭草素2″-O-葡萄糖苷、异荭草素2″-O-(6‴-O-阿魏酰基)葡萄糖苷、异荭草素2″-O-(6‴-O-香豆酰基)葡萄糖苷和异牡荆素2″-O-(6‴-O-阿魏酰基)葡萄糖苷。每种化合物或不含这四种化合物之一的任何组合引起的刺探反应都比粗制水稻提取物弱。只有当所有化合物组合在一起时,活性才会恢复。
