The authors present a brief review of the literature on Abrikosov's tumour, as well as their own observation. In a patient, aged 32, the X-ray examination revealed a supralobar bronchus tumour. Bronchoscopically the tumour occluded the bronchial lumen. Left lobectomy was performed. Histologically Abrikosov's tumour arose from the submucosal bronchial layer and consisted of large spherical and polygonal cells with a light eosinophilic granular cytoplasm.
