A case of congenital hypoplasia of left heart ventricle is presented with regard to its clinical and pathophysiological aspects. A detailed prenatal ultrasonic or echocardiographic diagnosis seems to be absolutely necessary. Each sonographer should at least be able to advise of any suspicion of fetal heart abnormalities.
本文报告了一例左心室先天性发育不全病例，并阐述了其临床和病理生理方面的情况。详细的产前超声或超声心动图诊断似乎绝对必要。每位超声检查医师至少应能够对任何胎儿心脏异常的怀疑给出建议。
