Abstract

The aim of this work is to characterize the active constituents present in the ethyl acetate fraction of , L. Roxb. seeds. Due to the fact that the main biological activity of L seeds is attributed to its phenolic compounds which are mainly isolated from Ethyl acetate fraction, to avoid repetition of work and to save time, it was deemed necessary to confirm the identity of these phenolic compounds. This was done by GC-MS and LC-MS analysis of the ethyl acetate fraction where the structures of the isolated compounds were established on the basis of molecular ion peak and their fragmentation pattern. They were identified as Chrysophanol, Chrysarobin, 10-hydroxy-5-methoxy-2-methyl-1, 4-anthracenedione, Rubrofusarin, Parietin, Griseoxanthone-B, Isotorachrysone, and Cumbiasin B.

本研究的目的是表征长叶红豆种子乙酸乙酯部位中的活性成分。鉴于长叶红豆种子的主要生物活性归因于其酚类化合物,而这些酚类化合物主要从乙酸乙酯部位分离得到,为避免重复工作并节省时间,确认这些酚类化合物的身份被认为是必要的。这是通过对乙酸乙酯部位进行气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)和液相色谱-质谱联用(LC-MS)分析来完成的,其中根据分子离子峰及其碎片模式确定了分离出的化合物的结构。它们被鉴定为大黄酚、柯桠素、10-羟基-5-甲氧基-2-甲基-1,4-蒽二酮、红镰霉素、橙皮菌素、灰黄菌素-B、异紫铆素和库比亚辛B。
