Baclofen-induced psychosis: two cases and a review.

The authors describe two patients who were being treated with baclofen for tardive dyskinesia. One patient developed withdrawal symptoms after baclofen was stopped, and the other developed a manic attach while receiving the drug. The authors review the literature concerning these side effects and explore the possible mechanisms responsible for these effects.
