Abstract
Three new eremophilanes were isolated from a sample of Ligularia collected in Yunnan province of China and their structures were determined. The chemical - constituents including eleven eremophilanes (major constituents: 6-acyloxyfuranoeremophilan-IOβ-ols) were similar to those of a hybrid of L. cyathiceps and L. subspicata, however, the base sequence of the ITS 1-5.8S-ITS2 region was typical of L. cyathiceps, indicating backcrossing.

从中国云南省采集的橐吾属植物样本中分离出三种新的雅槛蓝烷，并确定了它们的结构。其化学成分包括11种雅槛蓝烷（主要成分：6-酰氧基呋喃雅槛蓝-10β-醇），与蓝苞橐吾和狭苞橐吾的杂交种相似，然而，ITS 1-5.8S-ITS2区域的碱基序列是蓝苞橐吾的典型序列，表明存在回交现象。
