With the increasing recognition of Chinese herbal medicine products at both domestic and foreign markets, Chinese medicine industry has made great progress. Recently the relation between Chinese medicine industry and poverty alleviation becomes a research focus. This paper summarizes and concludes the research progress of Chinese medicine industry to alleviate poverty from industrial development, policy design, poverty alleviation effect and risk prevention perspectives based on review the background of Chinese medicine industry to alleviate poverty and its evolution course. The result shows that how to benefit the poor and get sustained ability to lift themselves out of poverty, Chinese medicine industry coordinated development and improve the basic medical and sanitation conditions are the major questions which can explore the Chinese medicine industry potential for alleviate poverty and carry out a further research of it.
随着国内外市场对中药产品的认可度不断提高，中药产业取得了长足发展。近年来，中药产业与扶贫之间的关系成为研究热点。本文在回顾中药产业扶贫背景及其演进历程的基础上，从产业发展、政策设计、扶贫效果和风险防范等角度总结并归纳了中药产业扶贫的研究进展。结果表明，如何让贫困人口受益并获得持续脱贫能力、中药产业协调发展以及改善基本医疗卫生条件是挖掘中药产业扶贫潜力并进一步开展相关研究的主要问题。
