Abstract
Colon interposition for benign strictures is associated with significant perioperative complications that carry high morbidity and mortality. Although rarely reported in the literature, adenocarcinoma can occur as a late complication in an interposed colonic segment. We report a case of a late-stage adenocarcinoma in a colonic interposition performed for benign esophageal stricture.

用于良性狭窄的结肠间置术与严重的围手术期并发症相关，这些并发症具有高发病率和死亡率。尽管在文献中很少报道，但腺癌可作为间置结肠段的晚期并发症出现。我们报告一例因良性食管狭窄行结肠间置术后发生晚期腺癌的病例。
