Tuberculosis is an uncommon infectious complication after kidney transplantation, but such an infection carries a significant mortality and morbidity and may jeopardize the function of the renal allograft. Herein we report our experience in the treatment of mycobacterial infections in 4 renal transplant recipients and review the literature.
