Abstract
Sarcoma of the pulmonary artery is a rare tumor. Only 81 cases are reported in the international literature. Leiomyosarcoma of the pulmonary artery is seen in 17% of these tumors. Most of them are not recognized during life but accidentally found at autopsy. So primary leiomyosarcoma of the pulmonary artery is a very rare tumor. We report about two new clinical cases and give a review of the literature.
摘要
肺动脉肉瘤是一种罕见的肿瘤。国际文献中仅报道了81例。肺动脉平滑肌肉瘤占这些肿瘤的17%。它们中的大多数在生前未被发现，而是在尸检时偶然发现。因此，原发性肺动脉平滑肌肉瘤是一种非常罕见的肿瘤。我们报告两例新的临床病例并对文献进行综述。
