Subepidermal calcified nodules are lesions that primarily affect children and are most commonly located on the head. The current standard of treatment for these is surgical excision. However, surgical excision is not always possible and may not be cosmetically favorable. We describe the use of a CO laser as a successful treatment for a subepidermal calcified nodule of the finger.
