Gemella morbillorum Cryptogenic Brain Abscess: A Case Report and Literature Review.

A case of cryptogenic brain abscess caused by  is reported in a 28-year-old immunocompetent man who presented with seizures and hemiparesis. The patient underwent successful stereotactic drainage of the abscess with complete resolution of symptoms and radiographic evidence of resolution. We report the significant pathogenic potential of a normal commensal rarely identified in neurologic infections.
