Abstract
34 children with extrapyramidal hyperkinesis were treated with Tiaprid. With 22 children the extrapyramidal syndromes could be reduced considerably or disappeared. A reduction of vigilance in the phase of adjustment was the only side effect.

34例锥体外系运动亢进患儿接受了硫必利治疗。22例患儿的锥体外系综合征得到了显著减轻或消失。仅在适应阶段出现了警觉性降低这一副作用。
