[Endoprosthesis in ununited fractures and pseudarthroses of the femur neck in middle-aged and elderly patients].

An experience with the treatment of 92 patients with non-united fractures and false joints of the femoral neck is described. Among them there were 52 elderly and senile patients who were subjected to various kinds of endoprosthezing of the hip joint. The authors have established certain advantages of individual one-pole endoprostheses after A. V. Vorontsov as compared with a standard method of endoprostheses after Moore--CITO.
