Upper limb surgical rehabilitation in high-level tetraplegia.

The author describes the preoperative examination and classification of the tetraplegic patient. General principles of treatment are presented, along with methods for the reconstruction of the elbow extensor and one-hand grip in different groups of classification. Results of the techniques are also briefly described.
