Ms. is an acute care nurse practitioner, is the director of the Interprofessional Fellowship program in patient safety, and is the program leader of pathology and laboratory medicine, and all authors are affiliated with the Lung Cancer Collaborative, all at the Pittsburgh VA Healthcare System in Pennsylvania. Dr. Eibling is also a professor of otolaryngology and vice chair for education at the University of Pittsburgh.
