A case of a 10-year old boy with anhidrotic ectodermal dyspasia is reported. The classic triad has been established--hypodontia, hypotrichosis and anhidrosis, confirmed by biopsy. The patient's genealogy was studied, revealing inheritance by C-chromosome. The early treatment results in functional, aesthetic and psychological effect. The prostheses should periodicaly be changed so as to guarantee the proper development of the jaws.
报告了一例10岁患有无汗性外胚层发育不良的男孩病例。经典三联征已得到确认——牙齿发育不全、毛发稀少和无汗，活检证实了这一点。对患者的家谱进行了研究，发现是由C染色体遗传。早期治疗产生了功能、美学和心理方面的效果。假体应定期更换，以保证颌骨的正常发育。
