[Meatocisternography with water-soluble contrast medium for diagnosis of cerebellopontine angle tumors (author's transl)].

First experiences with Metrizamide in Meatocisternography for evaluation of cerebellopontine angles tumors are reported. The diagnostic value of this method to demonstrate space occupying lesions in this area could be shown. Severe side effects had not been observed. Simultaneous monitoring of EEG, ENG and ECG showed no pathological alterations.
