Using rat thoracic aortic rings to test the relaxing effects of the 95% ethanol extract and aqueous extract of Taohong Siwu decoction (THSW) on endothelium intact or endothelium removed aortic rings. Results showed that the 95% ethanol extract (0.1, 1, 10, 100, 1000 mg•L) and aqueous extract (0.1, 1, 10, 100, 1000 mg•L) of THSW were able to relax the intact endothelium aortic rings pre-contracted by 10 mol•L PE. 10 mol•L L-NAME and 10 mol•L methylene blue both were able to inhibit the relaxation other than indomethacin. For the endothelium removed aortic rings, potassium channel blocker 3×10mol•L tetraethylammonium chloride and 10 mol•L glibenclamide had no effect on the relaxation effects caused by the 95% ethanol extract and aqueous extract of THSW. It could be concluded that the 95% ethanol extract and aqueous extract of THSW relax blood vessel by endothelium-dependent way.
采用大鼠胸主动脉环,检测桃红四物汤(THSW)95%乙醇提取物和水提取物对内皮完整或去内皮主动脉环的舒张作用。结果显示,THSW的95%乙醇提取物(0.1、1、10、100、1000 mg•L)和水提取物(0.1、1、10、100、1000 mg•L)能够舒张由10 μmol•L去氧肾上腺素(PE)预收缩的内皮完整主动脉环。10 μmol•L左旋硝基精氨酸甲酯(L-NAME)和10 μmol•L亚甲蓝均能抑制舒张作用,而吲哚美辛无此作用。对于去内皮主动脉环,钾通道阻滞剂3×10 μmol•L四乙铵氯化物和10 μmol•L格列本脲对THSW 95%乙醇提取物和水提取物所致的舒张作用无影响。可以得出结论,THSW的95%乙醇提取物和水提取物通过内皮依赖性方式舒张血管。
