Abstract

In the present study, a total of 33 specimens in China were collected and examined using molecular phylogenetic analysis based on a combined sequence dataset of the nuc rDNA internal transcribed spacer (ITS) region and nuc 28S rDNA D1/D2 domain in conjunction with the morphological characters. Four new species, namely , , , and , are newly described based on their distinct phylogenetic relationships and the comparison of morphological characters with known species. Our results indicate a high species diversity of waiting to be discovered.

在本研究中,在中国共收集了33个标本,并基于核糖体DNA(rDNA)内部转录间隔区(ITS)和核糖体28S rDNA D1/D2结构域的联合序列数据集,结合形态特征,使用分子系统发育分析进行了检测。基于四个新物种独特的系统发育关系以及与已知物种形态特征的比较,分别对它们进行了新的描述。我们的结果表明,[物种名称]的物种多样性很高,有待发现。
