OBJECTIVES
To find a consensus of tasks and activities of nursing in inpatient general psychiatry.
METHODS
Delphi survey for consensus finding with n = 235 (round 1) and n = 193 (round 2) experts of psychiatric nursing.
RESULTS
Overall, a consensus based on expert opinion regarding the tasks and activities of nursing in inpatient general psychiatry, consisting of 79 items, was generated.
CONCLUSIONS
Further research is needed regarding to the tasks and activities of nursing in special psychiatric and mental health settings and to the minimum qualification requirements of psychiatric nurses.

寻求住院普通精神病护理任务和活动的共识。
方法
采用德尔菲调查法，对235名（第一轮）和193名（第二轮）精神科护理专家进行共识调查。
结果
总体而言，形成了基于专家意见的住院普通精神病护理任务和活动的共识，共79项。
结论
对于特殊精神病和心理健康环境中的护理任务和活动以及精神科护士的最低资格要求，还需要进一步研究。
