Germinant compounds were combined with SHS to inactivate B. cereus spores. B. cereus spores were inactivated effectively by SHS after Ala+IMP treatment. Inactivation trend was analyzed by the Weibull model, and t d values were determined. Sublethal injury was not observed by SHS after Ala+IMP treatment.
发芽化合物与 SHS 结合以灭活 B. cereus 孢子。经过 Ala+IMP 处理后,SHS 有效地灭活了 B. cereus 孢子。通过 Weibull 模型分析了灭活趋势,并确定了 t d 值。经过 Ala+IMP 处理后,SHS 不会引起亚致死损伤。
