Abstract

To analyze the status of job burnout among the community and township public health workers, and to provide scientific basis for formulating comprehensive prevention and control measures. A census sampling method was used to investigate the job burnout by using the self-made general demographic data questionnaire and the MBI-GS in HuaiAn. A total of 1074 valid questionnaires were collected, and the total physical examination rate of job burnout was 58.7%, 51.3% were mild burnout, 7.4% were highly burnout. Multivariate ordered logistic regression analysis showed that sex (=1.32), chronic disease (=1.92)、and daily working hours greater than 7 h (=1.40)、township health center (=1.31) were independent risk factors for occupational burnout. The age "≥51" (=0.45)、"41~" (=0.58) are the independent protective factors for the occurrence of job burnout. Job burnout detection rate was high in the staff of essential public health service, sex, daily working hours, health status, age and work unit are the main factors influencing job burnout.

分析社区和乡镇公共卫生工作者职业倦怠状况,为制定综合防控措施提供科学依据。采用普查抽样方法,运用自制的一般人口学资料问卷和工作倦怠量表(MBI-GS)对淮安市公共卫生工作者职业倦怠情况进行调查。共收集有效问卷1074份,职业倦怠总体检出率为58.7%,其中轻度倦怠占51.3%,高度倦怠占7.4%。多因素有序logistic回归分析显示,性别(=1.32)、慢性病(=1.92)、每日工作时长大于7小时(=1.40)、乡镇卫生院(=1.31)是职业倦怠的独立危险因素;年龄“≥51岁”(=0.45)、“41~50岁”(=0.58)是职业倦怠发生的独立保护因素。基本公共卫生服务人员职业倦怠检出率较高,性别、每日工作时长、健康状况、年龄和工作单位是影响职业倦怠的主要因素。
