The histology of a case of dermal and conjunctival eosinophilic granuloma in a 74-year-old female patient is described. The aetiology could not be established until now. The differential diagnosis of atypical histiocytosis X, eosinophilic leukaemoid and eosinophilia persistens is discussed.
