Acute variceal haemorrhage due to portal hypertension in chronic liver disease is the most fatal maternal complication when pregnancy occurs. These risks can be avoided when a shuntoperation is performed before or during pregnancy. 26 cases of uncomplicated pregnancies after shuntoperations have been reported in the literature. Another one is added.
慢性肝病门静脉高压所致的急性静脉曲张出血是妊娠时最致命的孕产妇并发症。在妊娠前或妊娠期间进行分流手术可避免这些风险。文献报道了26例分流手术后无并发症妊娠的病例。现又增加了1例。
