Abstract

The purposes of this paper are to identify and explore ways to overcome barriers to the implementation of Watson's human caring science in Iran. A literature search was done of PubMed, Elsevier, Science Direct, Ovid, , Web of science, and Google Scholar between 1991 and 2018 using the search terms , and , separately and in combination. Organizational-level, practitioner-level, and educational barriers were found, and solutions for each are explored.

本文的目的是识别并探索克服在伊朗实施沃森人文关怀科学过程中障碍的方法。1991年至2018年间，使用搜索词分别并组合在PubMed、爱思唯尔、科学Direct、Ovid、科学网和谷歌学术上进行了文献检索。发现了组织层面、从业者层面和教育层面的障碍，并对每个层面的解决方案进行了探讨。
