Abstract

A novel unsymmetrical five- and six-membered sulfur-annulated heterocyclic perylene diimides (PDI) derivative was obtained by a one-pot and catalyst-free synthesis in a high yield. The unsymmetrical PDI exhibits a noteworthy bathochromic shift absorption of up to 700 nm and a low-lying lowest unoccupied molecular orbital level of -3.99 eV. The compound owns a complete planar structure and a high electron mobility of 4.8 × 10 cm V s in solution-processable top-gate/bottom-contact organic field-effect transistor device.

摘要

通过一锅法无催化剂合成,以高产率获得了一种新型不对称五元及六元含硫杂环苝二亚胺(PDI)衍生物。该不对称PDI表现出高达700 nm的显著红移吸收以及-3.99 eV的低最低未占据分子轨道能级。该化合物具有完整的平面结构,并且在溶液可加工的顶栅/底接触有机场效应晶体管器件中具有4.8×10 cm V s的高电子迁移率。
