Abstract

Plasmacytoid dendritic cells (pDCs) are crucial in anti-viral immunity, acting as regulators in both adaptive and innate immunity. In this study, brief heat stress caused a decrease in splenic pDC activity in mice. Administration of strain Plasma (LC-Plasma) significantly suppressed the decrease in pDC activity and IFN-α production. : LC-Plasma: strain Plasma; LAB: lactic acid bacteria; pDC: plasmacytoid dendritic cell; IFN: interferons; mDC: myeloid dendritic cells.

摘要

浆细胞样树突状细胞(pDCs)在抗病毒免疫中至关重要,在适应性免疫和先天性免疫中均发挥调节作用。在本研究中,短暂热应激导致小鼠脾脏pDC活性降低。给予菌株血浆(LC-血浆)可显著抑制pDC活性和IFN-α产生的降低。:LC-血浆:菌株血浆;LAB:乳酸菌;pDC:浆细胞样树突状细胞;IFN:干扰素;mDC:髓样树突状细胞。
