[Anti-anginal and hemodynamic effects of single doses of propranolol, verapamil and nitroglycerin-depot in patients with stenocardia].

The results of single separate administration of nitroglycerin depot (sustak forte), propranolol, verapamil and low-dose sustak-propranolol combinations were assessed by means of bicycle ergometry, echocardiography and rheography in 123 anginal patients. Bicycle ergometry is shown to have an advantage over other techniques in the assessment of the efficiency of antianginal drugs.
