Abstract
The results of single separate administration of nitroglycerin depot (sustak forte), propranolol, verapamil and low-dose sustak-propranolol combinations were assessed by means of bicycle ergometry, echocardiography and rheography in 123 anginal patients. Bicycle ergometry is shown to have an advantage over other techniques in the assessment of the efficiency of antianginal drugs.

通过自行车测力计、超声心动图和血流描记法，对123例心绞痛患者单独单次给予硝酸甘油长效制剂（长效心痛治）、普萘洛尔、维拉帕米以及低剂量长效心痛治-普萘洛尔组合的效果进行了评估。结果表明，在评估抗心绞痛药物的疗效方面，自行车测力计比其他技术具有优势。
