Abstract

AIM

The purpose of this study was to search for the influence of red LED light of oral squamous cell carcinoma cells (OSCC) Material & Methods: HSC-3 was irradiated with red LED light (630 nm/3 J). Proliferative capacity was analyzed using WST-1. Transwell migration assay, real-time PCR, and ELISA method were also used to analyze migratory ability.

CONCLUSIONS

HSC-3 cells irradiated with red LED light showed increased migration ability. Interestingly, we clarified that the expression of Interleukin-6 (IL-6), which promotes the migratory ability of cancer cells, is induced.

目的

本研究旨在探寻红色发光二极管(LED)光对口腔鳞状细胞癌细胞(OSCC)的影响。

材料与方法

用红色LED光(630纳米/3焦耳)照射HSC-3细胞。使用WST-1分析增殖能力。还采用Transwell迁移试验、实时聚合酶链反应(PCR)和酶联免疫吸附测定(ELISA)法分析迁移能力。

结论

经红色LED光照射的HSC-3细胞迁移能力增强。有趣的是,我们明确发现,促进癌细胞迁移能力的白细胞介素-6(IL-6)的表达被诱导。
