Abstract

Two new isoprenylated xanthones, calodioscurin A () and B () were isolated from the stem bark of P.F. Stevens along with two known isoprenylated 4-phenylcoumarins, apetalolide () and methyl inophyllum P (). The structures of two new compounds were determined based on their HRESIMS, IR, UV, 1D and 2D NMR spectral data. Compounds - were assayed on P-388 cells, compound showed IC value 11.5 μM and categorised moderate activity.
