Lee & Hur is described as a new lichen species from South Korea. The new species is distinguishable from A. Massal. by its large, rounded and non-punctiform apothecia, taller apothecial section, asci with fewer spores, and larger and permanently colorless spores. Molecular analyses employing mitochondrial small subunit (mtSSU) and RNA polymerase subunit II (RPB2) sequences strongly support as a distinct species in the genus . Overall, 22 species are currently recorded in South Korea. A surrogate key is provided to assist in the identification of all 10 taxa of / with muriform spores in Northeast Asia.
李氏地衣和许氏地衣被描述为来自韩国的一种新地衣物种。该新物种与马氏地衣不同，其具有大型、圆形且无点状的子囊盘，子囊盘部分更高，子囊孢子较少，且孢子更大且永久无色。利用线粒体小亚基（mtSSU）和RNA聚合酶亚基II（RPB2）序列进行的分子分析有力地支持其为该属中的一个独特物种。总体而言，韩国目前记录有22种地衣物种。提供了一个辅助鉴定东北亚地区所有10种具砖壁孢子的该属类群的检索表。
